In the beginning....

Eileen worked with the Film Society of Lincoln Center, New York for 19 years (1983-2002). As production manager for the New York Film Festival she was priviledged to meet and work with a long list of legendary film makers, actors, directors, producers- including Truffaut, Fellini, Herzog, Greenaway, Szabo- the list is too long. The NYFF was like an annual masterclass, watching the best of both old and new films Q&A's, chats in the Green Room and dinners with film heroes. All this and a salary too!  Then 2 years with the London Film Festival 1987-88 as events co-ordinator, followed by a year as exhibition co-ordinator for the pre-cinema section of the Museum of the Moving Image.  A suitable place to co-produce my first film, Phantasmagoria, about the famous magic lantern/showman, Robertson.

In addition to the selection of films below, Eileen has filmed interviews with Christo, Michelangelo Pistoletto and Joseph Kosuth.
